Mobile Control Unit

For the purpose of flights operational support at unfitted fields and small airstrips, servicing special air missions and flights in emergency areas we offer mobile control units to perform all tasks considering features of particular project.

The MCU is specifically designed to control (survey) aircraft and other moving objects including those equipped with ADS-B airborne equipment.

Functionalities

  • Mobile objects surveillance (aircraft, UAV, cars, water transport, etc.) basing on ADS-B (VDL mode 4, 1090 ES)
  • Exchange of positioning, tactical, special, and weather information with aircraft on a datalink (VDL mode 4)
  • Displaying information on observed objects over the digital map at the operators workstations
  • Radio exchange in HF and VHF range of mobile aeronautical radio communication and via satellite terminal
  • Processing, registration, storage, and further playback of data received during surveillance on moving objects, voice recording
  • Interaction with ATC control and/or situation centers in respect of air traffic data exchange
  • Interfacing to radar data sources

The above tasks can be performed when in motion.
