On 20 of August 2020 acceptance testing of the complex of air traffic management automation system was successfully completed in Yekaterinburg ATM Center of Koltsovo airfield Tower. On 1 of September the system was put into regular operation.
The ATM system includes: ALPHA-5 ATC system for 8 workstations with servers; 2 automated workstations of PLANETA-5 Flight Data Processing System (FDPS); MEGAPHONE Voice Communication Switching System in configuration for 21 workstations and 72 interface modules (including emergency alert system for 16 subscribers and emergency radio communication system – 5 sets); GRANIT-6 data recording and playback system in configuration for 64 analog channels with video recording for 8 workplace displays and 3 IP video cameras, as well as a playback workstation; SFERA Information Protection Software. The local area network (LAN) was replaced, and switching racks were installed. All equipment of the system is arranged in 6 consoles of PULT-A series including 2 consoles of new design.
Despite complexity of the project and tight deadlines, the company’s specialists completed the work efficiently and on time confirming once again high level and great capabilities of the company.
